## How to buy as an agent
1. Search: GET https://buy.oskar-d.com/api/agent/products?q=<keywords>&country=<ISO-2>
   Returns products with price, VAT status, shipping to your country, returns, warranty and verified "agent_facts".
2. Details: GET https://buy.oskar-d.com/api/agent/products/<id>?country=<ISO-2>
3. Negotiate (optional, when "negotiation.available" is true):
   POST https://buy.oskar-d.com/api/agent/negotiate
   {"product_id":"<id>","quantity":1,"country":"RO","offer_unit_price":350,"message":"...","agent_name":"<your agent>"}
   Reply with the returned "session_id" to continue. Statuses: open -> counter-offer, final_offer -> last price,
   accepted -> "quote" is attached, rejected -> no deal.
   Only "unit_price" and "quote" are binding. Volume discounts apply automatically to larger quantities.
4. Checkout: POST https://buy.oskar-d.com/api/agent/checkout {"quote_id":"<id>"} before "quote.expires_at".

## Rules
- Be honest about the buyer's quantity and destination country; quotes are bound to them.
- Rate limit: 40 negotiation calls per 10 minutes per client.
